… Am thinking about writing!
Genuinely I can be mid conversation with somebody, see their lips moving, register their facial expressions and not hear a single word they’ve said… because I’m busy piecing together a totally different conversation in my head.
I’m always mid conversation with my characters, I’m not rude, I’m just talking to somebody else.
Walking to work I am thinking about writing, doing my work I am thinking about writing, lunch break I am writing, walk home I am thinking about writing, eating my tea I am thinking about writing, brushing my teeth I am thinking about writing, falling asleep I am thinking about writing.
It’s never ending 😂
I don’t ever want to switch that side of me off though, I enjoy it. I’d be lost without my characters chatting away in the background.
Normally my best ideas come to me at the most silly times. In the shower… No notebook, falling asleep… Too sleepy, walking to work… Notebook in bag, out shopping… No free hands Ggrrrr! My brain is nuts 🧠🤪
Maybe I should get a dictaphone 🤔
I love writing, and I would be lost without it.
